Manage overseas recruitment projects across India

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle

Establish and maintain direct contact with recruitment agents and ensure smooth coordination.

Successfully plan and coordinate interviews directly with agents and clients.

Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain updated records of candidate pipelines.

Provide timely reports and updates to management on recruitment activities.

Build strong relationships with agents to ensure a consistent supply of quality candidates.

Collaborate with internal departments for documentation and visa processing.
