We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Recruiter to support hiring needs across our hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding hospitality staff through field-based recruitment activities, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while maintaining hiring quality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct recruitment for hotel positions such as housekeeping, front office, F&B service, kitchen staff, stewards, and support roles
Visit hotels, recruitment drives, job fairs, institutes, and local communities to source candidates
Coordinate with hotel HR and operations teams to understand manpower needs
Screen candidates through interviews and preliminary assessments
Manage end-to-end recruitment including documentation, offer rollout, and onboarding support
Maintain a pipeline of ready-to-join candidates for urgent and bulk hiring
Handle payroll process including attendance and salary details.
Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports and hiring status updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma (HR or Hospitality preferred)
1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively for field hiring
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Knowledge of local labor markets and sourcing channels
Preferred Qualities
