We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team Team A4S Pvt Ltd. to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Internal Hiring:

• LinkedIn, shine portals knowledge required.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand internal staffing needs and growth plans

• Post internal job openings and communicate opportunities to employees

• Support internal applicants throughout the process, including interviews and feedback

• Maintain fairness, transparency, and compliance in internal recruitment

• Help develop and promote internal talent pipelines and career paths

🔹 External Hiring:

• Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media

• Source and screen external candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, shine, Job hai, Apna

• Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage feedback loops

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
