( Starting salary 50,000 INR & further negotiable subjected to experience)
3- 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably working for recruitment consultancy only would be preferred based in India & hold client database as well
Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment cycles at recruitment consultancy
Should hold an excellent database of existing corporate clients from startup companies for sourcing vacancies in all portfolio/ professional background
Should hold excellent experience in sourcing, screening, shortlisting & Interviewing candidates in India
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Good understanding of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and assessment techniques.
•Proficient in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems).
•Experience collaborating with sourcing teams and external vendors.
•Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Can achieve the deadlines of project successfully
