Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination through agencies, payroll management, and candidate screening.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with recruitment agencies to fulfill hiring requirements across departments
2.Share job requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates
3.Manage and track recruitment agency performance and maintain relationships
4.Handle agency billing, verification, and payment processing
5.Conduct initial screening and first/second round interviews of candidates
6.Evaluate candidates and forward shortlisted profiles to hiring managers for final rounds
7.Manage end-to-end payroll process including attendance, salary processing, and compliance
8.Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
9.Maintain employee records and HR documentation
10. Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
