We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition – Real Estate | Mulund , Mumbai

I am hiring for a leading real estate client based in Mumbai.

With over 22+ years of excellence, client has transformed 4+ million sq. ft. into premium residential spaces across Mumbai and Thane. The organization is known for its strong legacy, customer-first approach, and commitment to quality construction and community building.

🔹 Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

🔹 Location: Mulund West

🔹 Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure

🔹 Experience Required: 3–6 years

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment across departments

• Partnering with business heads for hiring mandates

• Sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & talent pools

• Conducting interviews & coordinating with stakeholders

• Offer negotiation & candidate engagement

• Managing onboarding & documentation

• Recruitment MIS, KPIs & reporting

• Vendor & agency management

• Building talent pipelines for future growth

Ideal Candidate:

✔ 3–6 years of recruitment experience

✔ Strong exposure to real estate / construction hiring

✔ Experience handling high-volume and technical hiring

✔ Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills

✔ Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri & HRMS tools
