We are looking for a Recruiter with strong experience in blue-collar hiring (preferably delivery bikers) to join our team in Bhubaneswar.

What you’ll do:

✅ Source, screen & hire bikers/delivery riders

✅ Drive walk-in recruitment drives & field hiring

✅ Build a strong local rider network

✅ Ensure smooth onboarding & documentation

What we need:

👉 6 months –3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment

👉 Strong local market knowledge of Bhubaneswar

👉 Excellent communication & negotiation skills

👉 Field recruitment exposure is a must
