Beautician required at EXCELX Family Salon, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar to provide professional beauty and hair services to walk-in and appointment clients.​

Job description

We are looking for a Beautician to join our team at EXCELX Family Salon, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar. The candidate will provide beauty treatments such as facial & clean up, waxing, threading, manicure–pedicure, basic hair services, while ensuring a great customer experience and salon hygiene.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and assist with bookings and service selection.

• Perform services like eyebrow threading, upper lip, waxing, facial, clean up, manicure–pedicure, hair wash, blow dry, simple hair styling and basic haircuts as per salon standards.

• Follow client preferences and suggest suitable services, treatments and packages to improve results and satisfaction.

• Maintain client records, support in managing daily appointments and help in stock/inventory management for beauty products and consumables.

• Ensure work area, tools and equipment are always clean, sanitized and ready for the next client.

• Promote salon offers, memberships and relevant beauty products to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass with 0–2 years’ experience as Beautician; skilled freshers can also apply.

• Practical knowledge of threading, waxing, facial, clean up, manicure–pedicure; additional skills in hair cutting, hair spa, makeup or nail art will be an advantage.

• Good behaviour, neat appearance, basic communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Willing to work full-time from salon (10:00 am to 8:00 pm), 6 days a week at Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar.

This role offers a fixed monthly salary plus incentives on performance and good scope for growth to Senior Beautician or Supervisor based on skills and client feedback.
