Position- Field Sales Executive / Merchant Acquisition Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: FinTech / Digital Payments / Financial Services

Location: Bhubaneswar

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Field Sales Executive to acquire new merchants, promote digital payment solutions, and expand business presence in the assigned territory. The role requires strong field execution, relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and execute daily field visits for lead generation and merchant onboarding.

 Acquire new merchants and enable them on digital payment platforms.

 Promote and sell products including QR Code, Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machine, POS Software, Insurance, Wallet, and E-commerce solutions.

 Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and best practices at merchant locations.

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive conversions and retention.

 Visit existing merchants to resolve issues and maintain long-term relationships.

 Gather regular market feedback and insights on competitor activities for business improvement.

 Enable digital payments at unorganized retailers and ensure complete understanding of the payment acceptance process.

 Consistently achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.

 Sell Sound Box devices as part of the assigned product portfolio. Key Skills:

 Target Achievement Orientation Salary & Benefits:

 Fresher’s: CTC: 1.98 LPA – 2.40 LPA

 Experienced: ₹31,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable)

 Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month

 Benefits: PF & ESI as per company policy Eligibility Criteria:

 Age: 18 to 35 years

 Experience: o 0 to 2 years of experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, FinTech, Wallet, or E-commerce sales preferred o Fresher’s with strong sales aptitude may also be considered

 Vehicle: Two-wheeler mandatory

 License: Valid Driving License mandatory

 Must possess an android smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications.
