Job Description

Plan and execute daily field visits for lead generation and merchant onboarding. Acquire new merchants and enable them on digital payment platformsPromote and sell products including QR Code, Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machine, POS Software, Insurance, Wallet, and E-commerce solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and best practices at merchant locations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive conversions and retention.
Visit existing merchants to resolve issues and maintain long-term relationships.
Gather regular market feedback and insights on competitor activities for business improvement.
Enable digital payments at unorganized retailers and ensure complete understanding of the payment acceptance process.
Consistently achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
Sell Sound Box devices as part of the assigned product portfolio.
