Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates via job portals and social media.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Manage job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment records and reports.

• Work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates.

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and internet usage.

• Willingness to learn and grow.
