Job Title: Executive Assistant To MD
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant (EA) provides comprehensive support to senior executives, managing their daily schedules, assisting with communications, and ensuring efficient office operations. .
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring efficient time management.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Communication:
Manage incoming and outgoing communication (emails, phone calls, messages).
Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
Ensure all logistics are in place for meetings, events, and conferences.
Prepare presentations or reports as required by the executive.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan, coordinate, and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare travel documentation (itinerary, visa requirements, etc.).
Office Management:
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle general office duties, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office records.
Confidentiality & Discretion:
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Exercise discretion in decision-making and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
