Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Human Resource Generalists to join our Mumbai office. This role is ideal for entry level postion who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee engagement activities and HR operations.

• Handle basic HR documentation, attendance tracking, and leave management.

• Assist in payroll coordination and maintaining HR compliance.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline – HR specialization preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of Experience as a Gernalist role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
