Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: draft job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.

• Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

• Organize employee engagement activities, training, and team-building events.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

• Prepare HR reports on recruitment, attendance, and engagement metrics.

• Support payroll, benefits administration, and other HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 6 Months-2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee engagement.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS or ATS).

• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
