WehireInternational is hiring experienced Recruiters and Team Leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles. Candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions. Team Leaders will additionally manage recruiter teams, onboard new clients, and ensure both team and individual targets are achieved.
Handle full-cycle recruitment for BFSI positions.
Source and engage candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Post, update, and manage job advertisements on Naukri.com and other portals.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, including documentation and background checks.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with clients and hiring managers.
Additional Responsibilities for Team Leader Role:
Manage and lead a team of recruiters.
Assign targets to recruiters and ensure timely closures.
Monitor recruiter performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Ensure recruiters achieve their targets and meet quality standards.
Handle individual hiring targets along with team targets.
Onboard new clients through self-sourcing and business development.
Manage end-to-end client coordination and requirement fulfillment.
Mandatory experience in BFSI hiring for both Recruiter and Team Leader roles.
Strong working knowledge of Naukri.com and other recruitment portals.
Proven experience in sourcing techniques and resume databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong judgment, negotiation, and closing skills.
Team handling experience is mandatory for Team Leader role.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
