Job Position: Trainer Acquisition Associate

Overview of the Responsibilities:

• Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-notch trainers in the industry for delivering our training

programs.

• Recruiting trainers with experience across multiple fields through sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of trainers specializing in various domains, including Java, .Net, Testing, SAP, Workday, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, Oracle, Data Science, Agile & Scrum, and other client-specific technologies.

• Ensuring that all trainers meet our rigorous quality standards and remain up to date with the latest industry trends.

• Negotiating contracts and fees with trainers.

• Utilizing job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, along with other resources for recruitment.

• Employing strong sourcing, screening techniques, as well as Boolean search and strings for

identifying suitable candidates.

• Writing and posting creative job advertisements in various channels.

• Managing the freelancers' trainers (Freelancers) database effectively.

Required Skills and Knowledge

·         0 months to 2 years’ experience in Sourcing and Recruiting.

• Deep understanding of various technology stacks and training requirements from Enterprise sales teams for successful sourcing and profile filtering.

• Prior experience is required in handling responsibilities ranging from requirement interpretation to final closure.

Salary & Compensation:

·         This is a full-time role and location

·         Salary & compensation will be as per industry standards.

·         This role will have incentives based on performance as per company policy
