Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily focusing on hiring HR trainees and entry-level candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sourcing and screening, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Mode: Onsite (Madhapur office)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Source candidates through databases, social media, references, and job portals
Manage bulk hiring drives for HR trainees and interns
2. Candidate Screening & Interviews
Review and shortlist resumes based on role requirements
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews
Evaluate communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit
3. Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
Maintain proper interview records and candidate status updates
4. Offer & Onboarding
Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities
Coordinate with candidates for documentation and onboarding process
Maintain candidate and recruitment data in trackers/CRM
Targets & Performance Expectations
Achieve monthly hiring targets, especially for HR trainee roles
Maintain strong candidate pipeline and conversion ratio
Ensure timely closures and joining confirmations
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Mandatory Language Requirement
Candidates must be fluent in:
Telugu
Hindi
English
This is required for candidate interaction, counselling, and coordination with diverse applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory)
Experience: 1 – 3 years in recruitment or HR operations
Experience in bulk hiring, trainee hiring, or consultancy recruitment will be an advantage
