Job Summary

Shovona Hospitality & Restaurants LLP is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, as well as conducting regular outlet visits to oversee manpower requirements and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles in hospitality and restaurant operations.

3. Coordinate with outlet managers to understand manpower needs.

4. Conduct outlet visits for recruitment follow-up, employee verification, and HR compliance checks.

5. Manage employee database, attendance, and basic HR documentation.

6. Assist in employee grievance handling and provide support in day-to-day HR operations.

7. Coordinate with management for timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality/retail/F&B industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel for regular outlet visits across Kolkata.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.

• Male candidates preferred due to travel and field visit requirements.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
