HR Recruiter

We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for the position of HR Recruiter within our HR & Admin Department at our Turbhe office.

Working Days/Hours: Monday- Friday – 9 AM to 6:30 PM
2nd and 4th Saturday – 10AM to 4 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely, high-quality hiring to meet our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding requirements to onboarding.

• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions.

• Post openings across job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.

• Source and screen candidates through databases, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds.

• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate data within the HR system/ATS.

• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for new hires.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support HR & Admin initiatives, including onboarding and employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy).

• Proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

• Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
