HR Recruiter

RK Fashion is a growing fashion & garment brand. We’re looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to help us find, hire, and onboard top talent to fuel our growth.

What You’ll Do:

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding

Partner with managers to understand hiring needs

Manage job portals, LinkedIn & sourcing channels

Maintain recruitment data & reports

Support HR initiatives like engagement & retention

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate in HR/Business/Admin

1–3 yrs of recruitment experience (fashion/retail a plus)

Strong communication & people skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
