Position: HR Recruiter / HR Executive / Freelance Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiters who can manage end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sourcing ability, and passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry, mid, and senior-level positions

• Understand job requirements and create clear and appealing job descriptions

• Source candidates via portals, social media, references, databases, and networking

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic / video interviews

• Schedule interviews with clients / hiring managers

• Maintain candidate MIS, daily trackers, and interview follow-ups

• Coordinate selection, offer rollout, and joining formalities

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• For freelancers: Manage your own sourcing channels and deliver closures on time
  
  Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in HR recruitment (freshers with good communication can apply)

  • Strong sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and social media

  • Good understanding of IT/Non-IT hiring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring targets

  • For freelancers: Must have a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet
    
    Preferred Skills

    • Experience hiring for BPO, MNC, IT, Non-IT, Sales, Telecalling, Banking, Finance, etc.

    • Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking

    • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
