ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:

• Compliance management, including PF, ESIC, LWF, and PT, ETDS.

• Preparation and filing of PF, ESIC, PT, ETDS and IW challans and returns

• Handling KYC approvals

• DSC and E-signature registration

• Managing new labour compliance and related email communication with clients

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing

• Well-versed in MS Excel

• Excellent client coordination and communication skills

• Experience in handling end-to-end payroll and compliance activities
