Job SummaryThe HR Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding blue-collar employees such as delivery executives, pickers, packers, warehouse staff, loaders, and drivers for BigBasket’s operations. The role involves end-to-end recruitment management, vendor coordination, and ensuring manpower requirements are fulfilled within timelinesKey ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (delivery boys, warehouse associates, etc.)Source candidates through job portals, field visits, references, local agencies, and mobilization drivesConduct telephonic screening and face-to-face interviewsMaintain daily MIS and recruitment trackersCoordinate with operations and warehouse teams to understand manpower requirementsEnsure onboarding, documentation, and background verification of new hiresBuild a database of potential candidates for future requirementsPartner with third-party vendors for bulk hiring needsEnsure compliance with company HR policies and labour regulations
