Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and related documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
Support HR legal and compliance activities and maintain employee records
Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit formalities)
Address employee queries related to payroll, policies, and HR procedures
Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation
Coordinate with finance and external consultants for audits and compliance
Required Skills:
Experience in payroll and HR operations
Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances
Good communication and employee handling skills
Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll tools
