1. Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

2. Learning the top Job portals & working on them.

3. Administering appropriate company assessments.

4. Performing reference and background checks.

5. Making recommendations to company hiring managers.

6. interviews with the hiring managers.

7. Following up on the interview process status Interview coordination.

8. Overseas candidates handling / Operations.

9. Overseas interview / Recruitments.

Report to : HR Manager

Candidate needs to work with very organised manner.

• STIPEND WILL BE 5000/- PM or 15,000 FOR 3 MONTHS (Including TA) + INTERNSHIP CERTIFICATE WILL BE PROVIDED.
