: Manage the end -to-end recruitment process ( sourcing to onboarding ).

: create and post job opening on job portals and social media platforms.

: coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback .

: build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required skills :

: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

: strong knowledge of job portals ( naukri , linkedin , job hai etc.)

: good understanding of recruitment processes and hr operation .

: Time management and multitasking abilities.

: proficiency in MS office and google workspace.
