This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle — from posting job openings to onboarding new employees — while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining company hiring standards.---Key Responsibilities:Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and reference checks.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS or spreadsheets).Manage the full recruitment process — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, colleges, and employment agencies.Analyze hiring metrics and report on recruitment performance.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring processes.Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.---Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.0 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers can also apply for junior roles).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.---Preferred Qualities:Positive attitude and professional demeanor.Good understanding of HR policies and employment laws.Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.Proactive in networking and talent hunting.---Salary Range:
