🎯 Role Purpose (Very Important)

The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renderings to support interior and architectural design execution across assigned projects.

The role focuses on visual accuracy, design representation, coordination with design teams, and timely delivery of 3D outputs as per project requirements and company processes.

You will work closely with Designers, Architects, Project Managers, and Site Teams.

🧠 Core Responsibilities

1️⃣ 3D Modelling & Visualisation

Develop detailed 3D models based on approved 2D drawings and design inputs
Create high-quality interior and architectural 3D views and perspectives
Ensure accuracy in scale, proportions, materials, and finishes
Incorporate design changes, corrections, and revisions as instructed by seniors

2️⃣ Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with designers and architects for design intent and visualization clarity
Support resolution of design and visualization-related queries
Participate in internal design and coordination meetings when required
Ensure smooth communication between design, visualization, and execution teams

3️⃣ Documentation & Deliverables

Organize and maintain 3D files, models, and rendering outputs
Ensure files are updated, stored, and shared as per company SOPs
Maintain proper version control for all 3D deliverables
Support timely submission of 3D visuals as per project schedules

4️⃣ Process Adherence & Quality Control

Follow company visualization standards, workflows, and approval processes
Ensure 3D outputs align with approved design concepts and briefs
Maintain confidentiality of project and client information
Accept feedback positively and implement revisions promptly

5️⃣ Ownership & Accountability

Take ownership of assigned 3D tasks and deliverables
Ensure timely completion of work without repeated follow-ups
Maintain professionalism, discipline, and work ethics

🎓 Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / relevant field
0–3 years of experience in 3D modelling and visualization for interior or architectural projects
Proficiency in SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit (mandatory)
Working knowledge of V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape / Corona and Photoshop
Good understanding of materials, lighting, and finishes
Good communication and coordination skills
