We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to support and strengthen our HR operations within the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing plant HR, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance. You will play a key role in driving people strategies, improving HR processes, and supporting organizational growth.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Drive campus hiring and apprenticeship programs (ITI, Diploma trainees).
Build a strong talent pipeline and reduce recruitment turnaround time.
Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.
Manage employee records, HRMS systems, attendance, leaves, and exit formalities.
Ensure timely performance reviews and support PMS implementation.
Plan and execute workforce engagement activities at plant and corporate levels.
Address employee queries, grievances, and morale issues with effective communication.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide input for improvements.
Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and compliance agencies.
Manage contract workforce, vendor coordination, and labour contractor audits.
Identify skill gaps and plan technical and behavioural training programs.
Coordinate with internal trainers and external partners.
Prepare monthly HR dashboards and MIS reports for management.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring trends, productivity, absenteeism).
Graduate/PG in HR, MBA preferred.
5+ years of HR experience (minimum 3 years in automobile/auto ancillary/manufacturing industry).
Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee management skills.
Experience in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Ability to manage plant-level HR operations independently.
Experience handling large blue-collar workforce (contract + permanent).
Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, Lean environment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
