We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle—from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

• Coordinate with external agencies when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment (technical/non-technical).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
