Your role will be pivotal in building our employer brand and attracting top talent to join our team.

Design and update job descriptions

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri ,Foundit, Hirect, Linkedin )

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates  Screen incoming resumes and application forms  Conduct initial phone screenings.

Coordinate interviews and assessments.
