Role: HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).

Maintain and update candidate databases and HR trackers.

Support the HR team in employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with different departments for HR operations and documentation.

Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee records.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR tools and MS Office

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Time management and multitasking ability

MBA/BBA students or recent graduates specializing in HR or related fields
