Designation: Business Development Associate (Inside Sales ) (Work from Office)

Responsibilities Include:

Consulting professionals on the right career paths over calls.
Staying updated with the latest technologies in the world.
Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
Building relationships and identifying references through our existing learner base.
Understanding concerns, requirements, and needs to provide effective career advancement solutions for IT professionals.

Compensation:
- Fixed Pay for the first 4 months: 20,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives
- After 4 months of probation: Final CTC: 8 LPA (4.2 LPA fixed + 3.8 LPA incentives based on performance)
