HR Recruiter

We’re looking for a skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. This role is for someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.

Objectives:-

 Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.

 One must review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find just what an employer is looking for.

 Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.

 Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.

 We are looking for a Recruiter with end-to-end recruiting requirements, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to scheduling interviews and hiring great employees.

 Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

 Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

 Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

 Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.

Requirements and skills:-

 Excellent English communication skills are must.

 Strong decision-making skills.

 One must be able develop or practice sourcing using different combinations of words.

 Assessment skill to find fit candidate for the allocated role.
