HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, organize, and execute mass recruitment drives, including campus hiring, walk-ins, job fairs, and bulk recruitment events. 

• Partner with colleges/universities, training institutes, and placement cells to build a strong hiring pipeline/talent pool database  

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, shortlisting, offers, and onboarding. 

Required Skills & Competencies 

• Strong knowledge of campus recruitment and mass hiring processes and Ability to handle high-volume hiring with efficiency and accuracy 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 

• Willingness to travel extensively for campus drives and recruitment events 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 

• 2–5 years of proven experience in mass hiring / campus hiring/volume recruitment. 

• Experience in IT / EdTech / BPO / Manufacturing sectors preferred…etc 

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
