Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding, conduct orientations, prepare offer letters, and handle exit interviews.
Payroll & Attendance: Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing for employees.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, LWF) and company policies.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee engagement initiatives.
