Job Description

Human Resources (HR)

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding, conduct orientations, prepare offer letters, and handle exit interviews.

  • Payroll & Attendance: Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing for employees.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, LWF) and company policies.

  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee engagement initiatives.

Administration

  • Office Management: Supervise housekeeping, security, and front-office functions.

  • Vendor Management: Handle vendor relationships for office supplies, stationery, and maintenance.

  • Travel/Events: Arrange travel bookings and facilitate corporate events or meetings.

  • Document Management: Maintain physical and digital employee records and company documents
