Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, coordination with vendors, and providing administrative support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the centre.
Maintain office records, documents, and administrative files.
Support management with administrative coordination and tasks.
2. Facility & Maintenance Management
Ensure proper maintenance of the centre premises including equipment, furniture, and utilities.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service requirements.
Ensure the centre remains clean, organized, and operational.
3. Inventory & Supplies Management
Monitor and maintain stock of office supplies, stationery, and other required materials.
Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering and replenishment.
4. Vendor Coordination
Liaise with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service vendors.
Ensure vendor services are delivered as per agreed standards.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain administrative records, agreements, and documentation.
Ensure required licences, approvals, and compliance-related documents are updated.
6. Reporting & MIS
Prepare administrative reports and maintain MIS as required by management.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in administration or office management.
Experience in healthcare/hospital administration will be preferred.
