Manage end-to-end payroll processing including statutory compliance (PF, TDS, ESIC). Handle FNF settlements, CTC structuring, and HRIS updates. Address employee queries, maintain attendance data, and ensure accurate employee records. Support statutory filings and inter-branch coordination. Develop SOPs, ensure process standardization, and maintain confidentiality with timely reporting.
