We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day HR activities, salary-related work, employee records, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Maintain employee attendance and assist with monthly salary calculation.
Update and manage employee records and documentation.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, and staff queries.
Manage office administration tasks including stationery, filing, and daily operations.
Assist with social media updates and coordination for basic marketing activities.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies as required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in HR/Admin preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage routine work efficiently.
