• Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiters to join our consultancy, specializing in bulk hiring for various BPO processes. The role includes sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling walk-ins, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities. Freshers with good communication skills and basic understanding of recruitment are welcome, as well as experienced candidates who can handle fast-paced bulk hiring demands. You will be working with a supportive team and experienced mentors who guide and assist at every step. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, energetic, and eager to build a strong career in HR recruitment. We currently operate from Airoli, Malad, and Thane, and are hiring for our Airoli and Malad branches to strengthen our growing team.
