Job Title: HR Intern

Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Timings: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday Off)

Duration: Internship with Certification Provided

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at C-Scheme, Jaipur. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

• Maintain and update employee records and databases.

• Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.

• Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and compliance.

• Work closely with the HR team to learn and implement HR best practices.

Requirements:

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
