Job Description: Sales Advisor – Diamond Jewellery Specialist

Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur (Work from Office)

Industry: Luxury Jewellery (D2C / Retail)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week (Including Saturday & Sunday), with one weekday off

Languages Required: Fluent in English & Hindi

Candidates with experience on the shop floor of reputed jewellery chains.

Strong understanding of solitaires, 4Cs (Color, Clarity, Cut, Carat) and trust-building in high ticket sales.

Digitally savvy and confident in selling via WhatsApp, calls, and video interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, video calls, and email

Assist customers with product discovery, design options, pricing & certification

Drive conversions for high-value and custom-made jewellery

Maintain strong follow-up discipline to close warm leads

Upsell complementary jewellery sets (e.g., rings with earrings)

Log conversations, notes, and follow-up statuses into CRM tools

Coordinate with catalog, operations, and production teams

Offer video consultations & live jewellery demos when required

Handle queries related to customization, engraving & delivery timelines
