Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and actively source potential candidates from various platforms.
Prepare offer letters and other hiring documents.
Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
HR Administration and Employee Support
Maintain and update accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, leaves, and performance data.
Handle day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support payroll administration by compiling and verifying employee attendance and leave data.
Assist in the offboarding process, including resignation processing and exit interview
Employee Relations and Engagement
Participate in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.
Assist in resolving basic employee relations issues and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
