Home Loan Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote home loan products.
Explaining loan options, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment plans.
Generating quality leads for the sales team through persuasive communication.
Maintaining a database of prospects and updating client interactions.
Following up with interested customers to ensure smooth loan application processes.
Meeting daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in tele-calling or lead generation in the financial services sector, especially home loans.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle client queries and objections effectively.
Basic knowledge of home loan products, banks, and documentation process.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software
