Job Description

Job Summary:

This profile will handle a broad spectrum of HR functions, ensuring that HR strategies align with the

organization’s goals. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance

management, and policy implementation while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The HR Generalist will interact with employees across all levels of the organization, acting as a

trusted advisor and partner to both management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer

negotiations.

 Coordinate and execute onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

 Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, addressing them promptly and

professionally.

 Foster a positive work environment through engagement activities, feedback mechanisms,

and conflict resolution.

3. HR Policy Implementation and Compliance:

 Develop, implement, and update HR policies in alignment with legal requirements and

company objectives.

 Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

4. Performance Management:

 Administer performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees.

 Track and analyse performance trends, recommending improvements where necessary.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

 Oversee payroll processes and manage employee benefits programs.

 Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments based on market trends.

6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

 Drive DEI initiatives, ensuring fair hiring, equal opportunities, and an inclusive workplace.

 Monitor and report diversity metrics to achieve organizational goals.

 Monitor industry trends to ensure HR strategies remain competitive.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Recruitment and Onboarding:

 Time to Fill: Average number of days to fill open positions.

 Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of offers accepted by candidates.

 Onboarding Satisfaction Rate: Feedback from new hires about their onboarding experience.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

 Employee Engagement Score: Based on periodic engagement surveys.

 Retention Rate: Percentage of employees retained within a specific time frame.

 Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve employee grievances.

Compliance and Policy Management:

 Audit Compliance Rate: Percentage of compliance audits passed without issues.

 Policy Implementation Rate: Effectiveness in rolling out new policies.

Performance Management:

 Goal Achievement Rate: Percentage of employees meeting or exceeding performance goals.

 Manager Feedback Score: Feedback from managers on the effectiveness of performance

systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

 Payroll Accuracy Rate: Percentage of payroll processed without errors.

 Employee Satisfaction with Benefits: Based on periodic surveys.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

 Data Accuracy Rate: Percentage of error-free HR reports.

 Actionable Insights: Number of initiatives driven by HR analytics.

Diversity and Inclusion:

 Diversity Hiring Rate: Percentage of hires from underrepresented groups.

 Inclusive Culture Index: Based on employee feedback on DEI initiatives.

Workforce Planning:

 Succession Coverage: Percentage of key roles with identified successors.

 Attrition Risk Score: Measure of potential turnover risk across teams.
