Job Summary:
This profile will handle a broad spectrum of HR functions, ensuring that HR strategies align with the
organization’s goals. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance
management, and policy implementation while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The HR Generalist will interact with employees across all levels of the organization, acting as a
trusted advisor and partner to both management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer
negotiations.
Coordinate and execute onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, addressing them promptly and
professionally.

3. HR Policy Implementation and Compliance:

Drive DEI initiatives, ensuring fair hiring, equal opportunities, and an inclusive workplace.
Monitor and report diversity metrics to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor industry trends to ensure HR strategies remain competitive.
