Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to selection and hiring

• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires

• Facilitate exit formalities and offboarding procedures

• Drive employee engagement activities to enhance team morale and satisfaction

• Support training and development initiatives for employee growth

• Handle placement activities and resource allocation as per project needs

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
