Executive Assistant (EA) – Job Description
Manage the executive’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and important documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action points.
Maintain confidential files and important records.
Arrange travel plans, bookings, and itineraries for the executive.
Assist in daily administrative and office tasks.
Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Support the executive in decision-making and business operations.
