Job Description

Hr Assistant

Role

Handle PAN India Attendance of Engineers

Recruit IT candidate though using job portals like Naukri, Job hai & Indeed

Handle start to End HR process like onboarding to Offboarding.

Handle Exit formalities

issued offer Letter and Appointment Letter to engineers

Follow up with candidate till joining.

handle client and Inhouse recruitment.

Handle operation work.

assist the team.

Skills
Good English communication

Basic Computer knowledge

Qualification

Any graduate HR background is well and good.

Recruitment / Admin experienced is well and good.



Working Hours :- 9:45 AM- 6:15 PM

Working Days- Monday- Saturday (Sat- 3:00 PM )
