We are looking for a Admin cum HR Executive to join our team For CA firm at Malleshwaram to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹17000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
o Ensure timely office opening and readiness for daily operations through
coordination with housekeeping staff.
o Supervise and coordinate with office assistants for cleaning, maintenance, and
other administrative support.
o Maintain proper filing of clients’ files, office documents, and records.
o Track movement of incoming/outgoing files and update relevant registers.
o Handle daily office closing procedures.
2. HR & Employee Management
o Track employee attendance, leave records, and ensure timely payroll
processing.
o Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
o Support and coordinate with staff for smooth execution of their work.
3. Client & Guest Handling
o Welcome clients and maintain visitor registers.
o Maintain professional communication with clients and coordinate as required.
4. Banking & Accounts Support
o Handle day-to-day banking work and maintain good liaison with banks.
o Manage office accounts and, on occasion, assist with client accounts.
o Monitor and record due dates for office payments such as EMIs, telephone
bills, and electricity bills.
5. Compliance & Documentation
o Track statutory compliance due dates, maintain follow-ups, and ensure timely
completion.
o Communicate with government/department authorities as required.
6. Meetings & Coordination
o Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings.
o Provide necessary administrative and HR support to management and teams.
o Coordinate with Sister Concerns for administrative, HR, and operational
matters to ensure smooth collaboration and reporting.
7. General Administration
o Perform clerical tasks, correspondence, and other administrative duties as
assigned.
o Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
