We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to deliver quality talent within timelines.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Understand client requirements and create job postings accordingly.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple positions.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment reports regularly.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Self-driven and result-oriented with a focus on timely delivery.
