About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to deliver quality talent within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Understand client requirements and create job postings accordingly.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple positions.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

• Maintain and update recruitment reports regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Self-driven and result-oriented with a focus on timely delivery.
